Who is Redloxx?
Hello! I’m Sara, I am a psychotherapist with a modern approach to therapy. I’ve been a registered psychotherapist for 15 years now working with adults and young people.
I hold my sessions online or face to face at my studio. I’m here to help you resolve problems and provide relief from mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. I know how frustrating it can be to just be asked “how does that make you feel” in a therapy session and so I want to be myself with you because building trust and being relatable is the most important start to effective therapy outcomes.
Therapy sessions
If you’ve thought about having therapy sessions for a while it could be that you’re ready to take the plunge and give it a go. You have nothing to lose, give one session a go to start and see how it goes. I know from experience that therapy works and I put my all into every client I work with because I want to see you succeed. I know how it feels to be stuck so I get it. I want to be on that journey of hard processing with you which will be challenging emotionally, but I will give my all to get you to a better place.
What do I enjoy most about my work?
Seeing clients reach a place of better understanding of themselves and ultimately feeling happier is the best feeling for me. I love being on that rollercoaster we call life with you.

REDLOXX SERVICES
1-2-1 THERAPY / RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Face to face, online video call, phone call or text. Whatever suits your needs, I can accommodate you.
Starting therapy can be a daunting experience. In the first session, we will start by discussing yourself as a person before delving any deeper. This will give us the time needed to build a relationship between us, so that you’ll feel at ease in my company. Trust is important in therapy, and it’s ok if it takes a few sessions to secure that trust.
PSYCHFIT
Psychfit combines exercise with therapy.
Face to face or online video call.
Movement of the body whilst talking.
Psychfit is an excellent alternative to regular therapy if you have difficulties with sitting still for long periods or find it uncomfortable making eye contact. It is also a lovely way to introduce exercise to your life if this is something you’re looking to do. The benefits of exercise on our mental health is priceless.
WORKOUTS
Workouts created for you using limited equipment at home or for the gym. If you cannot commit to regular session with a PT or classes then these workouts are for you and available to do in your own time.
A way to stay in control of when and where you workout.
